this is the squeeze circa, um... maybe 2003?

and this is zot, same era. the squeeze is still wearing the exact same clothes today, and zot isn't. zot is also wearing his blochs, which are oldendays shoes for him now. the squeeze is also minus his freckles and seems to have stolen somebody else's body shape. that's pretty much his exact head shape, though. i'm not sure about zot's hair. i don't know where that came from... although...

these pictures are not to scale. obviously the squeeze figured a little larger in my life at that moment than zot.
you might also note that zot has his hands in his pockets - an unusual arm posture for my drawings. i tend to draw people with their arms out to the sides (nice frame) - maybe they're indicating good will? is zot, then, sneakier and less trustworthy than the other people i've drawn? maybe it's just that my usual passion for drawing fingers had ebbed - finger-drawing-fatigue - when i drew zot.
