sun. finally

and we've had sun for quite a few days in a row now. which i've no doubt jinxed.
but i can't handle these melbourne winters: it's never clear. it's rainy and dark and overcast and everything smells like mould. so these few clear days are bliss. days like this i'm happy to have a giant picture window. the rest of winter, when i can feel the cold pouring in through the 3/2ms of picture window i curse it.
days like this make me feel like doing laundry. so yesterday i used the wool cycle on my washing machine (as yet unused) to wash all my winter sweaters that i'd put off wearing because of the dust (i am seriously allergic to dust - i have medical evidence).
but NOW they are clean and SOON i will be wearing bright woolly jumpers again!
