Surely I am now perfectly equipped

Is it wrong to spend $20 on stationary? Especially when i can get what i 'need' from the department's stationary cupboard for free?
I just have ot have the right sorts of pens (uni-ball signo, thanks). And I just had to find the right type of 'mechanical pencil' - one where you take each little lead in its plastic case, use it, then take it out and put it in the top of the thing, revealing a new, fresh lead. I didn't find one at uni, but I know my mother could find one at chickenfeed.
I also indulged in another quill visual arts diary (black, ringbound cover, nice thick, white, unlined pages). Ostensibly somewhere to put 'dance stuff' but really just an indulgence in a healthy fetish.

Surely I am now perfectly equipped for the rewrite of the chapter - the chapter that is now two chapters?
