we have had a little bit of tasmania staying with us for a week. really, just a little bit. it's odd having to think twice before pushing around a housemate. the squeeze is definitely on the robust side, so he's ok.
i guess this is what it's like for superman. or superwoman. you're constantly having to moderate your behaviour to avoid injuring lesser beings around you.
i guess it's sort of like being superphdwoman - constantly having to moderate my use of the english language.

oh, the little bit of tasmania complained that he's "a super hero too!". so i'm amending that post. he is, of course, a superhero. and his superhero identity is 'the scribbler' (what with his being an illustrator), with an everday alter-ego - 'Inky'.
now i have many superhero friends:
The Squeeze aka The Freckler
Elastigirl
The Giggler
The Scribbler/Inky
i am totally set.

Or nerdy dance language because you were a dancer....Or does it all just round off to being concious about one's difference with the group they are with and then adjust to be polite - and not to hurt them...physically or mentally I guess. But on the same token, the other party to adapt to the situation such as asking questions if they don't understand the vocab. Or to turn into a plank when being picked up....
